1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Reviwix, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity through your account. You may not access another user’s account.

3. Trial and subscription

Reviwix offers one Professional subscription at $17.51 per month following a seven-day free trial. There is no free plan, annual plan, coupon program, or multiple-plan structure. The subscription renews monthly until canceled.

4. The service

Reviwix helps users store response templates and match pasted customer reviews using keyword scoring. The MVP does not automatically publish replies, connect to review platforms, or generate responses with AI.

5. User content

You retain responsibility for templates, reviews, responses, tags, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and will not submit unlawful, harmful, or confidential third-party information without authorization.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape the service, or use it to violate law or third-party rights.

7. Third-party services

Payments, email, hosting, and related functions may rely on third-party providers governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Availability and disclaimers

Reviwix is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact matching results, or that a suggested response is appropriate for every situation. Users must review responses before publishing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviwix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
